Rental Policy
ONE DAY STANDARD RENTAL
Pick-up on shoot day as early as 8 a.m. and
Return before 10 a.m. the day after shoot day.
Equipment returned after 10 a.m. will be charged another days rental.
INSURANCE
Customers must show evidence of insurance coverage by providing a
Certifcate of insurance listing Everchanging Inc. as “loss payee and
additional insured” *
With appropriate terms and conditions. In lieu of a properly executed
certificate,
The customer must leave a deposit(the amount will vary according to
equipment rented) to cover accidental equipment damage.
TRANSPORTATION POLICY
Customers are responsible for door-to-door transportation of
Everchanging Inc. equipment. Delivery may be provided at additional
charge. Rental charges will continue to accrue until equipment is
returned back to the rental house. One day minimum rental.

The customer, or his designated signatory, is responsible for reviewing

CANCELLATION POLICY
Everchanging Inc. will test, assemble and package this
equipment for you. All rental orders cancelled less than
24 hours from pick up/delivery date will be charged a preparation fee of
up to
one-half day’s rental charge of the equipment package.
SPARE LAMP POLICY
Spare lamps are provided where needed. If a spare lamp is used,
client will be charged the catalog price.

EQUIPMENT CHECK-IN TIME: 10:00 A.M.
*Insurance limits must be for the full value of all rented
equipment.
Client is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the rented
equipment.
